Project Idea Needed

I want to build a small project using weather data, but I am unsure if the idea is too simple. While searching online, I came across Professional data science project writers. I am not looking for someone to do my project. I just want to understand what makes a project useful. Should I compare weather changes, make predictions, or create a simple chart? How do you choose a project that is not too easy but also possible to finish on time?
